Services & Prices

At Integrative Massage Associates, our goal is to provide those services our clients need to feel better without diluting the process with unneeded frill. In our office, you should expect to receive a massage of exceptional quality. You should not expect to find hot stones, paraffin dip, microderm abrasion or other facial services. Our goal is to work the issues that ail you. Nothing more, nothing less. We also do not scale the cost of our services. In other words, a swedish massage has the same cost as an orthopedic massage. It makes no difference whether you are coming for stress reduction or athletic recovery, our goal is to satisfy your needs, not gouge you for providing deeper work. You will find our rates are slightly lower than the industry standard. There is a good reason for that. We have organized the business to keep costs down, for example, we choose to have a receptionist on during limited hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

Below is just some of the questions we get asked on a regular basis. If your question is not listed here, feel free to give us a call or email us.

Do you take insurance?

The quick answer is no. While some premier insurance policies do offer a rider for massage therapy, their rules for payment make it impossible for us to bill. We can, however, provide you detailed notes and a statement of charges so you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Can I pay with my FSA or HSA?

If you have a Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account, you can use that to pay for your session at Integrative Massage Associates if you have your debit card with you. If you do not have a card, we can provide you a detailed billing statement to submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.

Do you offer any salon or spa services?

No. At Integrative Massage Associates we provide high quality, professional body work. We do not offer facials, hot stones, waxing, or any other associated services. We do not mean to diminish the value of those services to people seeking them, we are simply not in that business.

Do you accept walk in clients?

Generally, no. In a very rare instance, a therapist may be at the office and not with a client. For example, if a client was a no show, or if there was a small gap between clients. We do not employ a receptionist, which makes greeting walk-ins impossible. We can, however, very often provide same day appoints. Check our schedule page to see what is available.

Do you offer on-site or in-home massage services?

We can provide travel services to clients in select situations. Each request is subject to authorization by the owner. In the event of it being authorized, there is a $25 travel charge added to the cost of the massage.

Do you offer packages?

As of September 1st, 2022, we have ceased offering packages. While the remaining clients with packages filter through, we have rolled out our loyalty program that will offer free massage after earning points.
